Jesus Cristo, que é a Estrela de Belém e que depois se torna o sal da terra e a luz do mundo, caminha junto com Sua Mãe — aquela que também passa a ser luz, que se torna para nós a estrela da manhã.
O que Eles querem nos deixar, especialmente neste tempo, é simples e imenso:
quando nós começamos a olhar as coisas, o mundo, a vida, com os olhos da luz, tudo muda.
Quando escolhemos ver com os olhos da luz,
tudo o que tocamos passa a ter luz —
ou passa a ser iluminado por ela.
Iluminado para ser desvelado.
Iluminado para ser dissipado.
Iluminado para ser convertido.
Iluminado para ser compreendido.
Porque a luz se torna o canal.
A luz se torna a substância.
A luz se torna a espécie.
A luz se torna o ambiente.
A luz se torna a essência.
E o que há dentro da luz?
Há tudo aquilo que Deus reservou para nós.
E mesmo que ainda não saibamos tudo o que Ele reservou,
a própria natureza da luz já nos diz:
tudo o que vem de Deus é bom.
É muito bom.

And what is held within the light?
Everything God has prepared for us.
Even though we do not yet know all that He has reserved,
the very nature of light already tells us:
everything that comes from God is good.
It is very good.
